Beluschi? Isn't he the captain of River Plate?

he played as captain last couple of games -summer friendly games- and i guess he'll keep that position during the "Clausura" tournament, but with passarella as a coach, you can never tell

btw, in other post i said that i liked more kuyt goal against chelsky than pennant,

do you agree?

I like them both to be honest. It was important to score first but also to get a second and stop Chelsea from coming back into it.

Technique-wise, Pennant's was much better than Kuyt's.

But Kuyt's had more importance as it set the tone of the match. Good poachers' goal, but it wasn't technically outstanding or anything.

yes, they where both really class, but you know what? i think you can see many other goals like pennant's

but i never saw something like kuyt's header dribbling

with that he positioned himself and embarrased the defender

personally i prefer Pennants as it was his first goal for us and will hopefully lead to him being more selfish in the future as up to then he'd never looked like he wanted to score.

Dirk's goal was something what Robbie would had done, the cheeky little header to get past Ferreira and Essien

that´s what i think about pennant, he's to generous -maybe scared?- and he rarely ends his own plays

the opposite to ronaldo -sometimes he´s too greedy and selfish-

your use of prepositions and determiners is too good mate, sorry.

i may be wrong but like i say time will tell

Hey Peewee mate, My English is much better than the typical Spanish. That's because the english we are tought is shíte. But even if my english is better, it's still quite "Spanish smelling"!!! But that doesn't mean that if I keep studying it further I won't polish it. I haven't worked on English grammar for 10 years, I just watch tv shows like prison break and read this forum to keep alive my english and improving it a bit. But I can tell you that if I studied it further, my english would at some point reach Detomarco's one, and even beyond.

Just a comment of my English. Same applies to Spanish learners. John Toshack has an ENglish Spanish, because he thinks in ENglish and never was ársed to improve his grammar. Sid Lowe though, has a better structured Spanish. It all depends how much you work on it.
