the 'mighty' British and Irish Lions have been defeated by the NZ Maori 19-13 in Hamilton. Great result for NZ Maori, and pretty poor performance by the Lions.

Much improvement needed before the lions face the might of the All Blacks who beat Fiji 91-0 last night

Agree dawson. Pretty good phyisical battle, best team definitely won.

and JBG, although the Blacks looked awesome last night, Fiji were terrible by their standards - better team than that.

im not too fond of either of the rugby genre's but i prefer to watch league cos its easier to follow

NZ Maori is a pretty strong, it was pretty much an All Blacks reserve team. NZ's depth is rugby is second to none, so it's no surprise we can produce a strong Maori side.
