Why ?

His only management experience is with one club containing some of the worlds most talented player's .

Given the talent he's had at his disposal I'm not yet convinced that his ability is totally proven.

Bayerns side is great i would say marginly less than Barcelonas but stronger in some areas

I mean a front 3 of Robben Gomez and Ribery is something that even Barcelona cant compete with.

Xavi and Iniesta are top quality and a class apart from what Bayern have in Scweinsteiger and Toni Kroos. But Bayern Posses in my opinion the best goal keeper in Manuel Neur.

They play in similar ways 4-3-3 little passes Tiki taka so he wouldnt be changing anything.

Agree with woof here. I'll be interested to see how Guardiola does in a new league without the world's greatest ever player in his side. Jury still out in my opinion.  I think he'll struggle even though he seems a decent guy and I'd like to see him do well.

i never would have guessed he was going to bayern. it was on ssn earlier today that he wanted to go to the prem :Oo: but then a few hours later he announces he's going to germany.
ah well as it would have been a good test for him to try and emulate what he did with barca.

Fair comment, but I still wouldn't say they're nailed on to win the CL next season because Guardiola has joined them.
