Right then ,
seeings England are the only team out of Great Britain in the Euro 04 tournament do you think that they(Scotch,Irish,Welsh) would support us ?
And if so which other team would you support ?

Cheeso, sorry to p*ss on yer chips young man but I'm half Welsh, half Scottish and will be giving England my full backing this June. We're not all inbred bigots.

I support all the home nations. Apart from scotland. After the news reports during the world cup where Argentina shirts out sold scottish in glasgow.

im part scottish, fecking hate the welsh and the irish... dont get me staretd on the irish! hehe
nah it all goes back to usa 94 when everyone suddenly became irish.. winkers!

I'll generally get behind any of the home nations except the Jocks. Anyone ever met a jock who didn't want England to get stuffed evry time they played?

I suppose that your relationships aren't so good in Britain..(have i right?..) Maybe Wales support you...

But Scotland and Ireland...They not...

In fact I'd say even the Irish are more likely than the Scots to support England, and they're a foreign country!

In Wales, most of the population is in the south where rugby is the number 1 sport and they wouldn't support England. North Wales is much more of a football place and more likely to support England but the poulation in the north is so much less than in the south.

The Irish are a nice bunch in general, they don't take themselves too seriously like a lot of Scots & Welsh do

In USA 94 most English supported Ireland cos England didn't qualify, but that's probably cos most of the Irish team back then were born in England and played for English clubs haha!
