We would need a miracle to make it out of the group stage now. but we were in a tough group, playing Argentina and Paraguay in our first two games. Plus we took our B team down, because we used our A team to win CONCACAF's Gold Cup.

I just finished watching Uruguay vs. Venezuela..

Uruguay should be kicked out of this thing for placing the most boring football known to man.

I hate Uruguay with a passion. How can a team score 1 goal in 3 games and deserve to make the final 8. Just incredibly boring. Ever since Recoba said uruguay have a god given right to be in the world cup finals before there qualifier against australia i can't stand them. Argentina cannot lose although there defence looks a bit shoddy. Bring on the asian cup as well. more footy!

Not much to be bitter at mate. We stuffed them in the game to qualify for the cup then should have beaten the italians in the cup. I was proud. I just caught the replay of the uruguay game and they were dead boring. I guess everyone hates a country in football and since our neighbours such as NZ are rubbish i have to find some team to hate.

I know you beat them to get to the world cup, but there's obviously some biterness left over from previous games, why would you hate them with a passion?
