Platey off the world cup - He can't win it!

International Football/Football World Wide - General Discussion

Postby ckay » Wed Jul 05, 2006 2:42 pm

There is a very real danger that Cristiano Ronaldo will be voted the
fans' best young player at the World Cup despite his pouting, diving,
pretty-boy antics designed mainly to get himself a lucrative transfer to
Real Madrid and thus avoid the good kicking he deserves from Wayne
Rooney at Manchester United training. He is currently 1st in the FIFA
voting just ahead of Luis Valencia of Ecuador.

Please can everyone go to

http://fifaworldcup.yahoo.com/06/en/w/bypa/eligible.html

...and do the decent thing by voting for Valencia.

It doesn't matter who you support or if you haven't seen him play, just stop
Ronaldo.

Takes 30 seconds...You know it makes sense!!!!

PLEASE FORWARD TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE

Who voted for Scott Carson???
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

I never liked him anyway but he is NOT to blame for getting Rooney sent off and to be honest I don't think he did anything wrong. He complained that rooney stamped on his teammates nuts and even when pushed he didn't fall over to make it look worse.

Finding a scapegoat isn't the way to improve.

C. Ronny's mum's been busy, the crack-whore.

Exactly, he did nothing wrong in my opinion, Rooney was just stuoid enough to react to his complaining. Its so typical of the press in this country to find a pathetic scape goat after another woeful England performance.
