Really important that we get a decent result prior to the World Cup. Our last couple of results look encouraging. Defensively, we really do I need to shape up. The return of Konate has made a significant difference. Trent’s crisis of confidence in defence certainly hasn’t helped. Having said that VVD hasn’t been at his best either. Midfield creation, which I have highlighted for years remains a serious problem and needs a huge injection of talent. Obviously injuries haven’t helped.

Hopefully you will see those players that aren’t going to the WC have good games. Salah, Firmino, Thiago to run the show

We have to win, aside from needing the points because we are playing catch up, if we don’t win we’ll have to wait over a month for the chance to put things right and get this game out of our system, it’s bad enough having your chin on the floor for 3 or 4 days after a bad result but 4/5 weeks would pretty much be unbearable.
Their players will be out to impress their new boss as well, they’ll be playing for their futures so we need to make sure we turn up.

I think Van Dijks less than par showing is because of his fomo  Today being the last game I think he is going to be extra cautious. Fab and Konate as well.

They might be fired up after installing a new manager so we need to be careful of that.

I'm going all out and saying we will win by at least 3
