Uh, it kinda does if we get three points?

Mannure racked up the GD tonight, thought at least that is something we've got over them, sadly it's equal now. It was all fine tuned for them, playing one man less basically for the whole game.

Saints should be ashamed of themselves though. Fooks sake, it's ten men, not five. To capitulate like that is embarrassing. And the peno sounds like it was another Mike Dean gift.

Looks like United are gonna be 10 points clear of us... Very depressing.

Chelsea beating Everton 1-0 at HT, hopefully they hang on to win it, Everton finishing in the top 4 would just about be the cherry on top of this effin season.

Edit - 2-0 to Chelsea now, Jorginho pen.

Congrats to Brendan, 137 years is a long time and to be the first Leicester manager to win the FA Cup is a fine achievement.
Chelsea have to be careful here, if they lose to Leicester in the league and get beat by City in the CL final they could easily find themselves trophy-less and no CL footy next season.

No no no - I WOULD HATE NOTHING MORE THAN CITY WINNING THE CL !! It’s one of those games when you’d  actually prefer that nobody could win. If it has to be the feckin chavs than so be it.
Net Spend Over The Last 5 Years (10 years
are in brackets)
LFC £255m (£467m)
Everton £38m (£287m)
Arsenal £645m6 (£925m)
Spurs £510m (£541m)
Chelsea £788m (£1007m)
Man City £307m (£1012m)
Man United £702m (£1249m)

I was thinking the same. Though having Chelsea win nothing and also miss out on the CL for next season after Tuchel apparently turning things around for them would be hilarious.

Let's just think about ourselves though. We need to qualify, doesn't matter what happens to the rest.

Absolutely distasteful choice, Chelsea wins with all their cheating and plastic fans or City wins with all their cheating and plastic fans. It’s like you are going to get kicked in the groin and you get a choice of which testicle gets kicked…. Would you like the right testicle or the left testicle kicked? I don’t want any testicle kicked

Chelsea leading Leicester 2-0...the worst of three possible outcome but I would rather 2-0 than just 1-0 as it will eat into Leicester’s goals difference.

3-0 will be better tho

Whatever the result in this game we still need to win our 2 remaining games to be in the top 4, but if we do I think we're definitely in regardless what happens between Chelsea and Leicester. Even if Leicester lose and we win our remaining games by just one goal, Leicester will still need to beat Spurs by 3 clear goals to get above us, which is unlikely to happen.
