Hi a few papers this morning claiming Rafa is ready to end SWP hell at Stamford bridge by bringin him in on loan. Can't see Gay Maureen letting him go to us, as we worry him, however he did say anyone who is unhappy can leave.

RAFA EYES SWP RAID

"Reports suggest Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez is pondering making a loan bid for Chelsea winger Shaun Wright-Phillips as he bids to solve his troublesome right-sided problem.

Wright-Phillips is growing increasingly frustrated with life at Stamford Bridge and fears he could miss out on a place in England's World Cup squad.

The 24-year-old has struggled to make an impact with the current Premiership leaders since moving from Manchester City in a £21million deal last summer.

He came on as a substitute during the 1-1 draw against Charlton Athletic on Sunday but has started only six Premiership games for Jose Mourinho's side so far this term.

Liverpool are now said to be keen on securing a loan deal for Wright-Phillips for the rest of the season, although Mourinho is unlikely to sanction a deal to strengthen one of his main title rivals.

The Blues boss had said he would allow only one player to leave on loan during January and has since sanctioned Wayne Bridge's temporary switch to Fulham.

Wright-Phillips scored 26 goals in 153 League appearances for Manchester City before his big-money move to Stamford Bridge last July. "

I am definitley not a Manc- can't believe someone with over 7000 posts and ELITE status would be so abusive to a newcomer simply posting a rumour that somebody has backed up with a link. Its the Rumour Mill so thought I would post it. None of my posts have any indication that I am a Manc- me thinks you are just trying to cause an argument - so please grow up.
