Oxlade Chamberlain's injury record is on par with Sturridge. He also isn't particularly rated by the Arsenal fans I know either...I'd take him on loan, but wouldn't pay big bucks for the guy.

Didnt know there was such a repercussion on the Suarez transfer saga. I thought it was just a matter of Henry commenting "what are they smoking over at arsenal?" and that was about it.

You guys are right regarding his injury... I just looked it up at the following link and it doesnt look good especially the knee injuries. And i thought that new players like Ozil were keeping him out...

Interesting to see what business if any we do in January. Look's like we will target an attacking player. This Quincy Promes apparently has a release clause so maybe could be a likely one. Don't think Pulisic will happen. Dortmund have said no and don't expect them to change that stance.

Dahoud is an interesting one. He has 18 months left on his contract and who knows Borussia Mönchengladbach may consider parting with him if the right offer came seeing as he hasn't signed a renewal and contract is winding down.

Wouldn't want to pay the prices being quoted for Van Dijk. Really not convinced he is that much better than Lovren tbh

Need some defensive cover asap. Getting worried by this longer than expected injury to Matip. Lovren looking shaky again. Milner not a long term LB solution. Gomez returning....when? Moreno an accident waiting to happen....
Doesn't look like we're too active but maybe Klopp is just keeping schtum until a deal is actually done...

Klopp isn't one for broadcasting our transfer intentions to the whole world. Far from it, he's a canny operator who seems to take huge satisfaction from getting great players for buttons. With Sakho in the cold, I'd be surprised if we didn't bring in someone for the defence. Likewise, I'm hopeful that a midfielder will also be incoming.

Yeah even though you know the stories are mostly baloney it is exciting when we are linked with a good player.
