I have a feeling which ever price we strike Chelsea will come sweeping down and grab him.....Too much noise around the lad.

Yep, if Chelsea are genuinely interested in him then we've got no chance, they will probably offer him double what we could afford to pay him.

If ayre hole has flown back without a deal being reached then it more than likely won't happen. He could have lowballed them over the phone and saved himself a trip.

I am hearing we have gone back to the table mate, trying to meet a compromise on the price, the player has said he wants to join us, the pressure is on the selling club now

Why would Chelsea be interested in a Liverpool target when our wish lists are completely different? They're only interested in the cream and we take middle class players, they have 30 players out on loan better than this lad. Drama over nowt.

I think it's more a case of Liverpool being interested in a Chelsea target, he has been on their radar for years and by the sounds of it Chelsea are pretty confident that he'll be signing for them.
I do congratulate FSG though for setting their sights higher than Southampton and Swansea for once.

If our executives know that Chelsea is interested in a target, they shouldn't feck about with their offer. Offer them what they want, I hear it's 37 million or so and swoop before Chelsea, but also don't offer more. How much did we pay for our home grown fake playmaker Lallana anyway?

If he wants to come here and be part of something special with Klopp then he won't need much persuading. If not, feck him.

You can add Salah and Texiera to that list as well mate.
This lad won't be signing for us, we needed to get in there quick and get the deal done before the petro dollar clubs knew what was happening, now the situation has turned into a straight fight between us and Chelsea we've got no chance, they'll just add a few noughts to whatever offer we make.

I am pretty positive he will sign for us, based mostly on new reports, comments made by the player and the fact he is best mates with Coutinho
