This Salah peanut (that hardly anyone wants here) has gone quiet all of sudden.

So much for his agent saying he would be a Liverpool player by the end of the week, back in late December.

Let's just hope it wasn't Welsh Wizzard in disguise! 

We're linked to Yarmolenko for 15m because Basel keeps increasing the fee for Salah, and that Zenit is now keen to purchase him as well and would double whatever figure we offer. I would prefer Yarmolenko anyway. At least, he's more technically gifted.

Another player we're linked to is Sime Vrsaljko. The Genoa right back would command a fee of around £10million. Reports in Italy suggest Rodgers is impressed with his versatility, with the 21-year-old comfortable in playing all the way across the back line. Inter Milan also keen.\

Borini could be on his way out to replace Di Natale at Udinese.

We're apparently gonna be making M'Vila our first signing of the January window.

We've also entered the chase for Alvaro Morata. Thank goodness! I really like this guy and he would be a great addition to the front line. He wants game time and Jese seems to have dislodged him anyway.

The deal for Montoya is stalling at the moment because Alves is injured and the former has been getting a lot of action. Johnson's contract is expiring and there doesn't seem to be progress as his wages are too high considering his age anyway.

shame that, promising young player who I'm sure could've done ok here given a run in the team. He's going on loan but I doubt we'll see him again in a red shirt.

I can't see us letting him go permanently. We paid a fair wedge for him, as I expect we see him in the first team at some point. Hopefully he and Suso will come back ready for the Prem, as they both have the potential to be excellent.

Ilori cost 7 million and we were after him for ages so it's highly unlikely that he will be going anywhere soon.

I think it's unfortunate that we had no europe this season because he would have likely played there.

I know nobody has done any business yet but I am disappointed that we havent.

Where's Welsh Wizard when you need him? 

Let's create a domino effect. Sign someone else's key player and force that team to buy another team's player who has to buy a replacement from another team for the player they lost to the team which we bought our new player from.

Chelsea re-signed Matic a few years after using him as part of the Luiz deal. Very good addition to their team.


Now, come on BR, surprise us with a big name
