A bit overrated imo. If we were to take him, I too would have him on a loan first to see what he's up to, as I have my doubts about him.

He's a cracking player but i don't know if he can adapt , so like many of us have said a loan deal with first choice to buy would be the best option

If he came in it would be on loan potentially with a view to a permanent deal in the summer.

I would take a punt on the guy if it was an initial loan deal. I reckon he has the physical attributes to do well in the EPL and he certainly has an eye for goal. Can't believe he hasn't been given a fair crack at Bayern.

It is. And I'm still not sure we missed out on anything tbh. He has a good record for the national team, but he's never really shown that much on club level (granted, he hasn't always been given that much time on the pitch, but had he been good enough he surely would have been given more chances at Bayern). Anyway, best of luck to him back at Cologne.
