Nope.

Sorry.

This name is far too long and complex.

Henceforth, ye shall be known as "Ari Umpy"

Presumably he wasn't under contract, which means we could sign him outside of the transfer window. If he was YTS (or Spanish equivolent) or on a youth contract maybe?

You can read Fuerteventura there, that's the name he's going to use in Liverpool's shirt.

Fuerteventura is one of the smallest islands in the canary islands, and a guy from there becoming a professional player and a Liverpool player has been some sort of big event there. So the lad, has offered the local politicians of the "Cabildo" the use of Fuerteventura as a gesture of pride of where he comes from. So no Aridane but Fuerteventura. :)

About football? I don't know the player, yet another youngster with no primera experience.

That is some name, and some mop of hair.

And yeah, PMSL @ Ari Umpy.

"Ari Umpy tw*tted the ball..." to the strains of Humpty Dumpty, anyone? :D

I've been to Fuerteventura. Very nice place with good weather all year round except for a few thunder storms in december every know and again.

It's very windy there so it's not too hot. It has not yet been spoilt with buildings like Gran Canaria and Tenerife.

Fuerteventura = strong luck? Replacement for Paletta? why would we want another player to come in and fail to adapt? :D
