What about arteta?

Anyway, I think thats a rather pointless argument. Its a completely different standard up there...

As regards Kyrgiakos, if he signs he is essentially a fourth choice centre back. He's good in the air and likes to tackle, very physical and has plenty of experience - sometimes he's a bit of a donkey but he's just there as cover - he wont cost an arm and a leg, wont ask for high wages and wont expect to play so i think he'd fit the bill just fine! On the other hand i like the argument that we should trust in one of the young lads. I also think that this is exactly what Rafa is asking of Ayala tonight. He'll tell him nows your chance show me that I dont NEED another centre half and i wont buy one?!

He needs to move club asap, his wife has cancer and needs the treatment that he can't get in Spain so they said when England played Holland.

If the money is on the table Van de vart will move.

McGeady is a headless chicken at the best of times. Believe me, I've watched him time amd time again for Ireland, and on the odd night when there's no other football on TV and I have to watch the SPL, he does nothing to contradict that opinion.
All trickery and rubbish in the middle of the pitch but not a decent result at the end of it all.
Not a chance, wouldn't even consider him.

And Nakamura - you'd only sign him if you could bring him on and off the pitch to take a free kick from 25 yards or less....No, also.....

I would love Van de Vaart at this club, he could add an extra dimension to our play.

It's a mouth watering prospect and we still have Aquilani to come into the side aswell.
