The richest teams dont always win it - look at chelsea , been trying for years to buy the thing with the player purchases . Have we got as far as we have every year because its easy or because we have tactical out manouvered and out played our opponents ? No one seemed to have a problem in the 90s when AC Milan were dominating and the italians clubs where always there ? 80s when it was the english clubs ? 70s when it was the dutch and german clubs , 60s italians and spanish . These days its the English Clubs that are dominating because they play a better game than there opponents . If they other clubs in europe arent good enough to compete then surely it should be up to them to sort themselves out . Since 00 Madrid and Barce have won it - AC Milan Twice - Liverpool and Man Utd and Porto and Bayern. That seems a very even split to me .

These teams spend millions and millions trying to compete in CL and make it their priority over their own league ?

How are the Dutch, the French and the other "smaller" football nations going to be able to compete with the buying power of the prem?
They get a star player and within a year he will be playing for a big club in England or Spain. You complain about how Chelsea bought the league, yet expect teams with comparatively little money at all to compete. FFS most of them get less money a season than championship sides once they lose their CL MONEY.
