Four of these games are to be televised - which four would you want to see and why?

The one game I wouldn't want to see televised is Villa vs manu - a dull tie if ever there was one. I was looking forward to the WBA vs manu Carling Cup match and fergie played a youth XI which killed off the expectations. My choice of four to be televised are :

1. Yeovil vs Liverpool - the "romance" of the FA Cup is epitomised by ties like this and it could either be close or very one sided. Either scenario is interesting for viewers as they get to see goals or a thriller

2. Everton vs Norwich - Norwich are flying high in the 1st division, Everton have just crawled out of the relegation zone, all factors which should make this a close game

3. Kidderminster Harriers vs Wolves - local derby and potential giant-killing. It's always good to see Premiership teams drawn away to lower league opposition, especially when the Premiership teams are mid-table or lower

4. Leeds Utd vs Arsenal - a bottom vs top clash which should provide some relief for Leeds and an all-Premiership clash that looks vaguely interesting.

There are 5 all Premiership clashes and only one is interesting. SKY show Premiership matches pretty much every week so it would be nice to see some Premiership vs lower league ties. I bet SKY will get the Yeovil vs Liverpool tie, I'm tipping BBC to show Everton vs Norwich or Watford vs Chelsea (a tie which would run my 1st four choices pretty close I might add but for the likely one-sided nature of the game)

While I'd love to see a 8-0 win, I predict that we'll only beat Yeovil 2-0 or 3-0, with Heskey getting two (and Smicer the other) thereby further convincing Houllier of their brilliance.

You never get a massive score when fans expect one.

agree with u there leothelion, to be honest, if we don''t score within the first 30 mins, i will start to be very, very worried. Just hope houllier doesn't play a second rate team

Dont underestimate Yeovil. They are second division quality and have the best giant killing record of any team. GH would be a fool to field anything other than his best team because if we lose this game he is for the chop!!

I agree that on paper it should be a walk over but it definately wont be. Yeovil have a strong following which will make it all the more difficult for us.

With the announcement of Houllier's "target" for this season he may field a weakened side.

We're live on BBC1 which is good news for fans unable to travel/get tickets. I think we'll win it comfortably since we normally do against opponents from divs 3 and 4. I think if we can beat Steaua Bucharest over 2 legs then we ought to be able to manage a win over Yeovil. I reckon it will be tight first half with us going in one-nil up and then a few goals in the second half with Yeovil perhaps taking the shine off a good win with a consolation goal. I reckon the reserves might get a game with some of our French foreign legion getting a game for a change

If Houllier and the players approach this game with any inkling of disrespect for Yeovil, then a giant-killing could well be possible.

We should give players like Cheyrou, Diao and Smicer a run out.
