Yes, probably one of the most embarrassing cases of political corruption in my country.
Just when the Madrid debt had grown too much, Real Madrid saw how some of it's terrains were changed the status of the terrains allowing to construct on them, and thus, increasing the value of the terrains. This normally is up to the government of the province, and is not granted easily.
Sorry GYBS, all these things have names which I don't know to translate, but basically the debt of the club was paid by Madrid tax payers.
