Here's what I wanted to do:

When I turn 19 or 20, I was wanting to come to Europe. I haven't decided which country I wanted to vist, but England is on my list. I was wondering, what are the rules for having a baby in your country without being married? Is there welfare over there? If so, how much does it cost? It would seem logical that I woudln't have to pay a single penny because I'd be living here in america, the british government can't touch me over here :devil:

. So basically, what I'm saying is that I'd like to come to your country and have sex without having to suffer then penalties of welfare. I'd like a reflection of myself and my genetics to live on in Europe. Also, I speak spanish pretty well, I've been taking it for two years now in highschool. Does Spain have rules for americans? I need more info on the subject if I am to execute my plan with perfection.
