he got 4m a year and if he get sacked he gets 14m i bet sven made up the story chelsea wanted him to pocket 4m a year.an average perfomance against poland won't do and austria are 40 places behind england yet they drew with them and as for the players won't speak to the media thats just stupid the media is the people who made the like of beckham,nevilles,gerrard,owen etc. i wounder if the newspapers will cancel the contract off the player who have columns in the s*n,daily mirror,telegraph and by not talking to the media u dissed the fans im sure u will be talking to the media when there a book u won't to put out :angry:

I don't think Sven made up the Chelsea story at all, rather he used Kenyon's attempts to sign him and turned it into his advantage by securing a more lucrative contract from the FA. Crafty b*gger!

Did any one notice Sven at the Poland game ? I seriously thought he was'nt there until I saw him get off the bench at the final whistle ! The guy is an absolute waster as a coach. I am convinced that the players and Backroom staff like Ray Clemence, who speak up for him are only doing so because they know they will lose out if we get a proper manager/coach.

The recent speculation that Sven may go to Real is interesting in that the likelihood that Owen doesnt get first team place then he is likely to lose his England slot. But with Sven there then he is more likely to retain it as would Beckham.

its gotta be to push the price up, also what else can they say. While its obvious to all that they don't want him it was too costly to get rid before and if they came out and said they wouldnt stand in his way then the price would go down.

And there is always the other problem, who replaces him?

They need as much compo' as they can get to make up for his obscene wages and expenses.
Who replaces him ? Well how about anyone !! Phil Thompson could do as good a job as Sven.
