HJC FundRaising - Awareness Night [Saturday 13th March 2010]

I've booked The Regency function room in Derby Lane ( L13 ex Piano Bar) for Sat March 13th for a HJC fund raising night.

The room can hold up to 300 people, but to get an idea of the expected turn out, and to give The Regency an idea of how many staff they'll need on the night, this event will be ticketed, and ideally people will buy tickets in advance, though they will be available on the night ( if supplies last!)

I've booked The Scottish Scousers to play, who are brilliant, they do a great set of footie and non footy songs, not to be missed believe me.

Tickets will be £5, which includes a free raffle ticket, there will also be an auction of some signed items donated by the HJC.

There will be a disco, HJC merchandise for sale and a late bar.
