Angels and demons never seemed to know when to end. Too many false endings spoiled it for me. The Boat that Rocked had some good music and was reasonably funny, well worth watching.

Watched it today Cig.  :wwww

Pretty savage stuff, buckets of blood and gore etc and yet somehow fairly dispassionate.

Watched the taking of Pelham 123 the other night. I was really looking forward to it as I loved the original, but while it was watchable(some good acting), the story was weak (unbelievable)with a terrible ending. 4/10

Saw Shifty today. Similar to Kidulthood/Adulthood/Bullet Boy. Great cast, brilliant film! One of the best films I have seen this year without a doubt. If there is one thing Britain produces on a consistent basis it is gritty street films.
My new blog for my upcoming holiday.

Surrogates.

Was a decent enough idea, but really let down by some shoddy writing that could have been so much better. Felt like a half-ar$ed episode of the Outter Limits or something. The plot was a bit w@nk, really.

I've just been sitting with my housemate like 5 minutes ago and he said it's amazing  :D

he must secretly hate me
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Some good action scenes in it mate, but the story has been ruined. Just a popcorn movie.
