We've sold and recouped all that money into our 3 big signings this season . The owners have not forked anything out of their pockets and that is why we have missed out on players like silva ,mata and robben ,wingers are what we are so desperately crying out for .

Rafa, Gerrard, Nando, Kuyt plus others extended their contracts and took pay rises - this costs money.
