Toffeehater wrote:DD , whats the point of letting people join up from gameweek 2 , that would be unfair has they would still have all the 20 teams to  pick from whereas all those would only have 19 , unless you've totally changed the rules and i've not read em :D

If you went out this week you are out simple as that. You cannot enter back into the game until the LMS has been won and then we will all start again. If you think about it the winner will probably come after about 7 or 8 premiership round of games and then we go again

Joe is a good idea that the runners up get 4 points but the last round of games that the winner is declared in could have 6 or 7 teams in it. Say you picked West ham that week and everyone else went for Liverpool as they were at home to burnley. Liverpool draw and west ham win, you win and the rest go out. I dont think its fair that the rest should get 4 points whereas you get 5. If you win the game you should be rewarded with 2 extra points.

Just to make it clear if you are out already you dont get back in until we start again (someone wins) . From the start everyone gets to pick from the 20 teams again, there is no advantage to anyone.

Its simple really - pick a team to win, if they win you go into the next round of games. By getting into the next round you get a point and so on with the rest of the rounds. If yopu are still in the gameweek that the winner is declared you get 3 points and if you win you get 5 points.

i dont think it would only take 7-8 weeks to decide on a winner.. that would only be the case if everyone started picking Chelsea-ManUtd-Liverpool-Arsenal-Mancity..etc in the first few weeks... not quite the smart strategy if people want to keep the game going for a while...

Well a lot dropped yesterday, and stranger results will happen. If we had done this last year half of us would have been out now because they would have picked United and they drew 1-1 with Newcastle on the opening day!

27 players out of a possible 41 made it through to Round 2. Choose a team from the fixtures above and remember don't pick a team you have already picked. Ive made a record of each player and the teams they have chosen, so no cheating.

Good luck
