I'd hazard a guess at chicken and butter Maypax, but I could be wide of the mark.  :D

My fave curry's a Chicken Balti from the Balti King in Widnes. He ain't called the King for nothing you know. Sadly though, I now live over 4000 miles away.

5 Heat the oil in a pan or wok and fry the ginger and garlic pulp for 1 minute. Add the chicken and spices and cook for ten minutes.
6 Add then tomato puree and tinned tomatoes, and butter, bring to the boil reduce the heat and simmer till the chicken is cooked.
7 Stir in the cream and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
8 Serve with boiled rice and curried pineapple

Have never tried to make this but it sounds lovely. I love cooking my own Indian and Chinese food. Actually make a very good Rogan Josh with Mushroom Pilau Rice. It takes ages to make though. Love going to our local Asian supermarket to buy my spices and things!
Ciggy.. do you make your own Naan bread? Would love to try but have never tried.

I once bet a pal I could eat a hotter curry than him so we went to a curry house in Heswall and spoke with the waiter.

About ten minutes later I had to relieve myself via a quick visit to the kitchens telling the chef to go full steam on my mate's curry and tone my down a bit. Mine was still darn hot but I made a big show of struggling but still finishing.... my mate nearly passed out and I won the money. They were galfrazis, ranked above vindaloo.  Good times, good times........

I go to an Indian up the road from me called the Khyber (honest) and their stuff is lovely. I usually get Chicken Tikka Chilli Garlic Masala and it has baby green chillies cut up roughly in it. Love crunching on them, lol.

Nanny, milk is the best thing to drink if your curry is too hot. Water only makes it worse :D

Went to see Lionel richie the other week in the echo arena . Anyway we decided to go for a meal before hand . Me mates judies mate suggested THE SPICE LOUNGE in the albert dock . Ok sound i said me and the missus like a nice byriani . Table booked for 18.00 ,lionel starts at 20.00 ,so ther's plenty of time . Orders our starters and mains ,and gets a couple of bevvies . 18 .30 the starters come out . Alright like ,looked abit like sh!t on stick but nice. 19.40 just as we get up to walk out the mains come . We sat back down to shovel them in our gobs so we wouldn't miss the start of lionel . Then the cheeky tw@ts bring the bill . 6 people starter each ,main meal each and 2 bevvies each . Have a guess how much ?

TWOHUNDREDANDFIFTEENFECKINQUID.

THAT'S

£215.00.

I couldn't believe it , the cheeky robbing feckers . LIONEL WAS SH!T ASWELL .
