Actually Riera done ok when he was at City. I think at the time City could just not afford to buy him outright. This was obviously before Mansour arrived ect...

I wouldn't want him here. He was in England before so what is to say he would be better this time? Perhaps on loan so we could see how he handles English football this time but otherwise no.

According to Marca, Rafa is planning to offer a bigger bid to Valencia for Silva than the one offered for Torres. He won't come for less than 20M, but according to Marca Rafa is very interested.

In the written paper, I've seen a photo of Alonso and Silva walking together with the hands in the pocket, Alonso was talking and SIlva listening. Looked like he was telling him what the club is about!!
