If only...

He will be a good addition to our team although I never been a big fan of him

i'm not a fan of him myself, but i must admit, he is riding his wave this season. doesn't he have the same amount of goals as the number of his games?
i just shiver when i remember that he was considering a switch to the  Uzbekistan league at the start of this season.

Eto'o would be good, however its gotta be Villa Villa Villa for me. Torres linking midfield and David playing against the defence? I have just came!

Wont happen though not while we cant even sort a contract for Agger, or keep hold of Keane.

We need someone wide right
Babbel, kuyt and pennant have all failed
Get Villa in
He could do a job out there

By the way Rafa didn't want to keep keane
It seems he didn't want him in the first place

Since when has that made a difference?
What were Babbel and Kuyt before they came here?
Wingers?
I think not

Its the Rafa way
Villa might just be the last part of the jigsaw

On the right...

well babel wasnt a striker when we bought him - he wasnt playing as a striker for ajax or holland under 21s or holland . and yes kuyt can play various postions but just cause kuyt has done well on the right doesnt mean he will pay 30 mil for someone then shove him out right - did he do that with torres ? dont just judge every buy on what he did with kuyt . thats just being silly - you may not rate rafa but he isnt stupid to pay 30 mil on a striker then play him wide right

He did though pay 20 million for Keane and play him wide left. Is it the extra 10 million which is a bridge too far, or the right over the left? He did play Crouch wide left too come to think of it, and Gerrard come to that. Cisse he played wide right but he was only 14 million, mind you that was a lot of money at the time.

Who said I don't rate Rafa?
I'm not being silly
Look at the post from bigmick above as well.
Rafa is notorious for it!
I've lost count how many people have said: "what the fu.c.k is he doing?" with regards to where he's played certain players.
It's Rafa's way and I'm just suggesting that Villa might be the answer to our problem on the right?

He played keane on the left for 40 mins mick - he moved crouch to the left during thecl agaisnt arsenal when him and torres up front werent working . he didnt pay the money for cisse and was lumbered with him .

40 mins in a half to cover for either player doesnt account for turning a striker into a wide player - cisse wasnt bought by rafa so tried what he thought was best while he was stuck with him.

personally i think we should buy 2 quality wingers to play either side of the torres gerrard combination and move kuyt and babel to back up fowards along with ngog nemeth and pacheco

Oh come on GYBS

Cisse wasn't a winger but Rafa did what he thought was best while he was stuck with him?
Flung a known proven international forward out wide because it was for the best?

Say what you like about Cisse (and to be fair i have, many times) but I don't think it can be disputed that he offeres more goal threat than Babel, Kuyt and N'gog. Probably more goal threat than the three of them combined when they play up front.
