i have'nt felt this low for a very long time.

I am totally stunned that the manager could take off our un-injured captain, with 10 minutes to save the 3 points.

I don't belive Lucas and Mascha stayed on the pitch when its obvious we would have to push the game if we wanted to win.

On the commentry i was watching, they said the manager was talking to Keane just before the penalty, i assume this means the gerrard>keane substitution was planned on the back of us being 1-0 up with 10 mins to go?
Is the manager so stubborn that he will take off one of the best players in the world, "because he planned it"  at 1-0.

I don't know what i'm saying really but something's just not right

New entry in the fit birds :D

That's just as frustrating as watching us, Dundalk.

Had to do something to lighten the mood

Its like the depths of depression on here  :D

Football and women are inextricably linked I'm afraid. They both build you up, only to drag you down.

Yer its a bif feckin laugh that we could have been twelve points clear, I fail to see the joke after the millions spent and still no improvements.

Chill Ciggy, it's no use us all turning on each other, we are all disappointed and upset, it's just some people use humour to see them through, whilst others rant. I do both  :D

Aye, she's got the claws out and aiming for my bollox tonight.

Provided it's being done with a degree of sympathy though and it's not too excrutiating, there are probably worse ways to fritter a couple of hours   :) .

Nothing personal towards you mate, its just you have been an avid Rafa fan I dont want to rip your balls off atall its just you have to be realistic now.
And realise enough is enough.
We have a faboulas team they just are not aloud to express themselves in it.

My prediction is with the right manager Ryan babel could be the new Henry, I could be wrong but he has the potential.

I think its time we got a manager in to find his potential.

I know it's not personal. Just a bit of craic, like.

You're right, though. Rafa does need to buck his idea's up, but I still do firmly believe that it is still very hard to replace him with a better manager at the moment as there are not very many available that are better.

Disagree with Babel. He's a lazy f*cker. Sure he can have potential, but he can still show it if he wanted to regardless of whether Rafa wants him to or not.

But you also do have to wonder. Our golden boy Fernando hasn't been so golden lately also. Not just the manager. Is it Rafa's fault or just bad luck on that? We're lacking spark.

Babel is a farkin' lazy to$$er, end of. Not that he's entirely to blame....There's a plethora of them at the club. And as I've said before on many occasions, I don't get why Stevie G is NOT kicking lumps out of Babel and other lazy, uncommitted to$$ers on his own team. Again, not that I'm blaming SG either.
But, and it's a big, big BUT....if it's plain to see for every impartial viewer that Rafa needs his head examined for his ridiculous approach to winning the league, that the players he selects time and time again just do not have the attitude to win at all costs, then you would expect a leader "ON" the pitch to have his say in no uncertain terms, wouldn't you ?

sorry ciggs we'll have to agree to dis-agree on this one! i really, really don't rate babel - he has shown once to often for me he is out of his depth at LFC. his alround play shows that to me that he hasn't got what it takes to be strong enough mentally & physically for the prem league. i hate to say it but the way he goes in for tackles {or trying to win the ball } reminds me to much of heskey!

he wants to be known as a centre foward, tonight he proved that he really isn't!

Them days are all but dead. There is far too much money involved these days for players to take orders from other players on the pitch. They'd sooner sulk and not give a f*ck knowing they're on another 20 grand or more at the end of the week.

Gerrard was no better than Babel today.  He was misplacing passes all game long.  It's amazing how so many have their own scapegoats, after a poor result.

not defending what Rafa or the team did, but I would like to attack any f.cuking member of the media who says sh.ite like "we didn't look comfortable with the lead" or that "Wigan deserved the point"               B@llocks!!   They didn't threaten us at all other than the penalty and that one free kick which can be seen as an equal chance to Torres early header so they cancel. We completely dominated the run of the game and I know that we should have killed the game off with a 2nd, but we even more so should not have conceeded a goal in a game that we dominated so much either.

Thats our feeble title challenge over for another season....we are playing for 4th place again!, thanks to benitez this great manager of ours who thinks that Lucas is good enough to deserve a place in starting 11. and a manager who likes to destroy the careers of players like Keane.Benitze is doing his best to give the mancs their place in history alongside us as the team that has equalled our 18 league titles.........well done Mr Benitez you will go down in history.  :veryangry
