Bring back steve morgan! - What would you do with all that lovely £

At one point this summer it looked as if Liverpool were going to have an extra £60 million to splash around with but it never happened. Both Thailand and Steve Morgan (the 152nd richist man in britain) were willing to invest and throw up £30 million each in transfer funds. If you had that 30, 000, 000 quid to try and attract some players with, who would you use it on? Rooney? Saviola? Ayala? Duff? the choice is yours... ???
