Not sure "on fire" is how I'd describe the side, best result of 2-0 and a goalless draw against Stoke hardly makes us "world beaters"

Looking forward to this game, I would really like for us to build up some more momentum before the game away against City, which will be quite a tough one. Would be very nice with a convincing display and an emphatic win, but I'm not taking anything for granted.

Pennant will be deployed in the corner, with a triangle-shaped cloth glued to his left ear.
You'll recognise him as what is more commonly referred to as "the corner flag"...He has been spotted on the official website deep in training for this new vital role....

Would like to see Babel replace Kuyt as Man City will need good old Dirk running around like a loon supporting Arebeloa and babel is certainly good enough to face PSV.

Mash I think is injured or not 100% so may get a run with Alonso starting or vice versa.

The only other change I would like to see is maybe Agger but this would be unfair on Skrtel.

The best thing tonight is a win and in an ideal world Athletico getting no more than a draw so the pressure is on them

Definitely Masch' to start tonight I reckon..... I think we'll swarm all over these, there's something brewing down Anfield way, a feeling I ain't had since '87 to '90..... Just feel that along with Stevie, 'Nando, Robbie and Masch' we probably need one more top flighter..... unless Babel can come out of his cocoon and blossom into the talent he should be....
