I thnk we need to buy a new keeper. Kirkland doesn't dominate the penalty box well, and Dudek is too small. Is it time to look for a new one? Maybe Roy Carroll from the scum, he can scare the sh1t out of attachers when he comes out shouting!

I'm just biased - haven't liked him since he handed the scum the 1-2 victory at Anfield a couple of seasons ago.

What a plonker, we are crying out for a centre half and a couple of midfielders and u wanna buy a 2nd rate keeper when we have two excellent ones. Jeez, some people! :alien:

Well I don't want to say "I told you so" but yet again Dudek is beaten at the near post. Carroll may not be the best keeper in the world, but he's better than Dudek. And at least he makes his presence felt when he comes out.

No way. Dudek is way better. The way you are complaining, you will be complaining Carroll if he indeed comes here and let in a soft goal. You will be saying "I told you so" and screaming to buy another GK. How many GK do you want? Why don't you look at the saves Dudek had made for us over the years.

Are you sure Carroll had never let in a soft goal and can you guarantee Carroll will not let in a soft goal.How do you Carroll or other GK will not be beaten in the same situation. Come on. I know you are upset but Dafoe shot a bullet in close. GK will try to cheat a bit when positioning a shot like that to have a wider angle of coverage. It was just bad luck. So, take it easy lad.

Dudek is a good shot stopper. The only thing is that he needs to improve soem aspects of his game like covering the near side better. He has a tendency of leting these kind of goals.
