We need pictures of this so-called "enabling works"

Manhattan won't be happy until he sees pictures of workmen taking a tea break.

the Cardiff manager?

Yep.

The Cardiff manager.

I thought it was amazing how he was simultaneously able to manage a Championship team, reach the FA Cup final, and captain the Flying Dutchman in its struggle against the Black Pearl.

Anfield is a tough to play at so why make our new home easier for our rivals?

Someone on RAWK said they are doing some park works, not working on the stadium.

that would make more sense. no way does that look like the beginnings of a major construction project. i'm sure there would have been a lot more fanfare as well if ground had finally been broken for the stadium - those two would have had their mugs all over the front pages with a spade in their hand, a hard hat on and a stupid smug grin from ear to ear.
