Michael Owen could be the big loser at Newcastle with a £40,000-a-week pay cut as owner Mike Ashley last night struck a fragile truce with manager Kevin Keegan.

Ashley called for an end to the civil war tearing the club apart as Keegan emerged from an, at times, heated four-hour showdown with his job intact.

His future father in law is Maradona who is good mates with Macherano who has been singing the praises of Liverpool to him. Just what i heard like.

Its Aguero

:D
We don't want another micky robaldinho  :D

According to today's edition of OJOGO(Portuguese newspaper) the right defender of Oporto(Bosingwa) will go to Chelsea not to Liverpool...
Here is the entire new: http://www.ojogo.pt/24-79/artigo716290.asp

The transfer will cost Chelsea 20Million Euros.

Sorry for my bad english.

Hope they don't replace him with Ben Arfa, he has the potential to be a much better player than him.

Plus the fact that we were supposedly after Ben Arfa. By the time Rick has found his phone, remembered how to switch it on, realised it needs charging up and phoned them, he will probably have already played a couple of games for Arsenal

Do you know what though i wish all this uncertaincy regarding Tweedledum and Dee would hurry up and sort itself out then maybe we could look at the type and class of player we stand a chance of bidding for,

I mean while them two are still here :censored: knows who were gonna end up with. But if Dic do come in then maybe we could be talking world class players, instead of Bosmans,

teams that might be looking to sell: Barca (big rumors of mass exodus, Valencia (barely missed the drop), players on Sevilla. Marseille, Benfica, Lazio that would demand CL footy (Alves? Nasri? Di Maria? Behrami? Pandev?).  Also Racing Santander is going to be in the UEFA cup for the first time in a while, they might be looking to sell some of their young prospects for the future in Garay (21) and Damián Ismodes (18) in order to buy more experienced players

Owen was at Melwood yesterday - visiting friends, or on his knees begging for a contract?

I agree, why take Owen back now we have Voronin.  :D

He was probably just there to chat to Gerrard and Carra as Newcastle play Everton tomorrow.

I still wouldnt take Owen back. To injury prone, just like Kewell, hes now become a waste of time.
