i remember that, funny enough nanny i actually did a search for scully on youtube a few weeks back and that came up.

nanny do you remember a testimonial (cant remember whose it was) and the bloke who used to deliver bread to anfield played?

Do you remember the awl fella who used to take pens at the kop end against the opposition goali. We used to love him sing his name an everythink. He was so bevvied he couldnt stand up properly sometimes, I remember one time he took a pen and his shoe flew of and hit the goalie, cant remember who it was.

The characters you used to get on the kop were true legands dont get them any more.

One of the best was the bizzy who used to walk up and down in front of the kop big bushy moustashe yeh dare not look at him . we used to shout snide things to him then hed turn round and glare looking for who said it , But youd :censored:

i can remember jaffa and the guy taking pens. i remember one guy coming on at the kop end during the warm up and took a pen against grobellaar, the guy thought his pen was class and bruce just stepped to one side and headed it over

nanny do you remember when there was a balloon on the pitch and it would blow towards the goal and the kop would be urging it to go in, and if it went in the net it would get a roar like a goal being scored :laugh:

does anyone remember people being passed down above peoples heads on the kop if they fainted or were ill and passed to the st john ambulance guy at the front. legend has it one day a fat guy was passed down over everyones head and when he got to the front he bought a mars bar of the bloke selling sweets who walked round the pitch and then he climbed back into the kop :laugh:

them were the days the young ones dont know what they missed.

I was lookin recently on how much i spend on European games away :

I went to St Etienne on a coach in 77 Lewis coaches i think it was for 29 pound took us ages to get there but one of the best laughs ive ever had going to watch us play, the coach was full of lads from the willowbank pub on Break Rd and me an my mate were the only two girls on there , But the awl fellas looked after us cause i new them from the kop.

Thats were our rendition of Allez LA REDS reds came from :laugh:

loads of people used to do that to get to the sweets.
