Colin Weston was always my favourite - there used to be another one that grew a beard and looked dead evil, I can't remember his name though.

captain caveman and wacky races were the best cartoons.
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

Dont know whether they still do them but magazines were my thing:

Match
90 Minutes
Your Sinclair
Crash

Then off course the ole panini sticker albums. Then in my teenage years collectible binders with sheets came out, Winners - famous sports stars at that time and Quest where you got to build cardboard models of ships or whatever, full of science bumf !
