Torres ideal partner? - 10-12mill tops

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Van Der Varrt would be a good shout, Rafa dosnt like playing with two out and out strikers therefore a player like Van Der Varrt would be brilliant or even Diego but we would have to pay good money closer to 20 mill than 10.

Kuyt although i defended him at the start of the season has let the team and me down massively. I was convinced he would bang them in this season alongside torres. But he hasnt done it.

Gutted.

Babel just so happens to be behind him lol

A three man attack?

Torres/Huntelaar/Babel/Crouch for our strikers next year please.

HUNTELAAR - The Dutch, taller, Robbie Fowler.

so i think 10 - 12 million could get him

not that i would like him though to partner torres, he doesnt score enough goals

And he's too old i think that's expensive for a player of his age

i knew some1 would say that but henry is already proven !! and yes i would be very happy if we got henry , torres and henry  wow scary , defences would shiver thinking how are they going to contain 2 fast and skillful players but with that said , aren;'t their playing styles abit 2 similar??

Well id be happy to see Babel and Torres next season with a creative player behind or to the side. And had David Bentley on the right.

Achievable for about 30 mill! And get Klas.

P.S. Im rubbish at football manager  :glare:

after watching today's game (against havant) I think maybe benyaoun is better than babel... babell is just too care free and laid back imo...

i think babel had a good game , benayoun is a better finisher yes , no doubt but he lacks the pace and flair that babel has . They are two different types of players and yes they had good games , grats to benayoun on his hat trick

depends on what you mean by 'flair' mate... benyaoun is not as fast as babel but he can turn most players inside out... he's more tricky... he can pass defenders...he knows what he's doing when he attempts a shot on goal...

to be fair, babel is still very young and he can improve... i'm sure he'll be a good player but whether he will become a key player, i very much doubt it... unless he shows a bit more focus in his plays

yes benayoun is better with his trickery , but how many times have we seen him do that , he's been lackluster in some games this season , yes he's a better finisher and i agree with u on that part . Good to see that at least u acknowledged the fact that babel is young and still has time to learn his trade .. Time will tell if he will a key player or not

Torres ideal partner? Best ask him which bird he fancies
Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

13 hours and about 30 minutes to go still the transfer window closes.
Checked it out, Easyjet 2 flights left (15.15hr and 19.15hr from Liverpool to Amsterdam).
Bet in Rotterdam they will be happy to get him back or ......... sack Rafa, heard he kind of keen on the lad.  :D
