we're playing quite good attacking football... but somehow the last pass to create that clear cut chance doesn't seem to be there...

gerrard is aibt sluggish today and taking some bad decisions...

Not a bad half by any means, the worry is that Fulham never really looked threatened. Unless we pull things together a bit, this could very easily be another 0-0.

Absolutely awful crowd incidentally. They just fell asleep after the first 15. Really disappointed with the atmosphere.

Again the build up from the back is way too slow, they're giving Fulhalm time to regroup.  There is too much hoofing from the back in the end.

Well I'm obviously pleased with the fact that Rafa picked the same team. Like I said, nobody proves old Micky wrong 51 times in a row. I only saw the last twelve minutes of the first half, (didn't quite manage to get my erse out of bed in time) and I'm reasonably pleased with how we're playing. I'd advocate a bit more snap in the passing, and from the brief bits I've seen we seem very reluctant to play direct into Crouch. Well given they've been defending on the edge of the box I would. If nothing is happening around the hour mark then bring Torres on. If he does the biz then start him next game. Kind of traditional rotation if you like.

Bring Babel or Torres on for Aurelio and play Voronin on the left (hes done most of his best work there anyway)

good attacking football is fine... but there's no point to it if we cant create the chances or score...

we dont want to become arsenal of 06/07... :P

we have got behind their defence a few times so torres would be a good bet to come on at some point

I say take Riise off and put on Harry. Not really much else for it, as we seem to be camped in their half. We just lack a telling ball. I think we should starting taking more shots from range, though. We seem to want to walk it in.

And, yeah, the crowd is a joke. It's seriously too quiet inside Anfield at the moment. Raise the f*cking noise, and maybe the players will raise their play. F*ckin sick of that.
