Ajax striker Klaas Jan Huntelaar says he is ready to leave the club at the end of the season and move to better and bigger things abroad. Huntelaar has been linked with many clubs over the past few seasons including: Man United, Man City, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Juventus, Lyon and Liverpool. These clubs will be on red alert once the season ends, to notch up one of Europe's most gifted strikers.

Some reports have already suggested that Juventus have agreed a deal in principle to sign the Dutch striker but wheter or not he does sign for the club is another question. "I feel ready for a new experience abroad," he told the Dutch press. "At the end of the season, I'll leave." I personally would love to see Huntelaar in the Premier League because I feel he has the attributes to become a Premier League great.

He is a tall and athletic striker that has scored endless amounts of goals with the club from Amsterdam but I feel it is time he tested himself in a higher league (with all due respect to Eredivisie), like Serie A or the Premier League. I would guess he would cost around 20 million euros for any club to acquire his services and I'm sure that will turn out to be great value for money for whoever buys him.

Maybe a straight swop for Kuyt :D

I'd love to see Huntelaar at Anfield but I don't think it'll happen, maybe if Crouch goes you never know  ???

i heard this on talk sport a few days ago and he's apparently supposed to be the next lionel messi......i hope it wasnt gerrard houllier who said it....

Houllier famously said Alou Diarra was the next Viera and Bruno Cheyrou was the next Zidane....

Anyone know anything about Gerardo Bruna???

Monaco Star Menez Has Major Admirers

Inter Milan, Manchester United and Liverpool are all reported to be tracking the development of AS Monaco shooting star Jérémy Menez.

The 20-year-old attacking midfielder is contracted to the French Principality club until 2010, but naturally that is not stopping the European heavyweights from sniffing around, and there could be a three-way battle for his services by the time next summer comes around.

Two-footed and an exceptionally strong dribbler, the former Sochaux standout already has many credits to his distinction in France’s top division, which include being the youngest ever scorer of a hat trick in Ligue 1, as well as being the youngest ever winner of Ligue 1's player of the month award.

The fact that he has been dubbed by some as the new  Zidane and by others as France’s answer to Wayne Rooney is testament to his versatility as an attacking force.

according to bbc sport liverpool are about to resign igor biscan to replace the out of form steven gerrard. when asked about the speculation benitez said 'Biscan has alot of quality, the only reason i let him leave was to have more experience in different leagues. Although i admire his talent i am not going to pay anymore then 20 million for him as i want torres to stay our biggest buy.
