OK Misty, heres my top ten (action fliks) in no particular order . If you haven't seen them you're in for a treat.

1, The Tai Chi Master (Jet Li, Michelle Yeoh)
2, New Dragon Gate Inn (Tony Leung, Maggie Cheung)
3, Iron Monkey (Donnie Yen , director Yuen Woo Ping )
4, The Warrior (Zhang Zi Yi , Chung Woo Sung )
5, A Better Tomorrow (bullet ballet, Chow Yun Fat )
6, The Legend of Fong Sai Yuk (Jet Li )
7, Hard Boiled (bullet ballet, Chow Yun Fat,director John Woo)
8, Versus (Mad Japanese with guns,samurai swords,zombies)
9, Mr Vampire (just nutty, chinese Vampires and magic)
10,Fist of Legend (Jet Li remake of Bruce Lee movie, top class)

Many of these are available in the Uk, I prefer original soundtrack with subtitles, the dubbed versions come over a bit corny.  :)

I was really into  the "Water Margin" series... "Ling Chung  and the outlaws of Liang Shang Po.." Fantastic opening music  and great series. I bought the whole 28 series box set for £120.00 from play.com. Great stuff.  :)

Bloody Hell ZBabe, I forgot about "the water margin" . It seemed to go on forever.
Great classic chinese legend. The tv production values were a bit low though.
:(  :)  :D
ps, how come you remember ? careful you're giving away you're age . :)

Are u having a laugh or what ???  Monkey was brilliant "great sage equal to heaven " always defying Budha and on a pilgrimage to India to fetch the sacred scrolls.... great laughs

By the way Mysty.. Monkey was originally on BBC2  also in the late 70's.. the modern channels have only just recently picked it up.
