This is mainly aimed at our asian members.
I'm really into chinese/japanese films. I've got about 80 films ranging from stuff like "Mr Vampire, Iron Monkey, Royal Tramp " etc through to stuff like " The Killer, A better tomorrow, The Heroic Trio and Versus."
It's quite difficult to select the best oriental movies as you don't see too many of them reviewed in the uk. I normally order my dvd from HKFlix in Hawaii.
Can anyone recommend some MUST SEE asian films ?
I've just bought "Hero" jet li ,tony leung and maggie cheung.
:)   :)   :)

I even joined a karate club, was there for three years before stuffing my groin. High kicks became a thing of the past :( .
My favorite film is probably Jet Li "Fist of Legend" a remake of the old bruce lee
"Fist of Legend"......... I always get the subtitled versions, can't stand dubbed films.

Jet li is fantastic brings the old era of kung fu to modern times.

But i think he is something like a master? at least he's not all stupid like jackie chan:D . I have to dig through my films and see what's there i can't really remember some of them are not that good.

Don't underestimate Jackie, nothing wrong with having a laugh in the middle of a fight (it's only a movie) but yeah Jet Li is the Real Deal. :)
