BBC reporting that Paletta has been sold now.

Paletta leaves Liverpool for Boca

Liverpool have sold young Argentine centre-half Gabriel Paletta to Boca Juniors for an undisclosed fee.
The 21-year-old arrived at Anfield in the summer of 2006 after impressing at the 2005 World Youth Championships, which Argentina went on to win.

He made his debut in a 4-3 League Cup win over Reading at Anfield in 2006, scoring in the second half, and went on to make eight appearances for the club.

However, with opportunities limited, Liverpool have agreed to sell him.

Impressive moves by Rafa. If they don't cut it he just ships them out.

Noticed that yossi and crouch not even on the bench last sat against black cats? They better not continue to pass signal to anyone about their frustration or else like palleta, will be shown the door. Don't feck around with Rafa.

I expect both to start against Toulouse, they are likely part of the rotation policy.

Did Paletta get a fair crack of the whip? Probably not, but he didn't exactly stand out when he did feature in the first team. Owzat statistics have been tracking ALL our CBs and can present you with their records :-

Right, the earlier in the alphabet the surname the better their record, so we need to go out and sign a CB with a surname beginning with A, B or C ! Goes to prove Carra is better than Ferdinand and Terry, although it might explain why McClueless included Brown (the exception to the rule!)

Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer
