Actually I think his header against Anderlecht was his best header. Sheer technique and control.

His giving away of the ball wont be missed but his goals in big games will be sorley missed. We must hope that we can get these goals from other sources now.

Big loss IMO, hard little player to replace. I think Rafa may bring in Benayoun though, who could be described as a similar player. It was inevitbale, he obviosuly wanted to go back to Spain and he was definitley used for the Torres deal to be smoothed out.

Gutted to see him leave as he was a match winner and a key reason for us winning number 5. Good luck Lil' Luis, you will be missed.

Don't forget his goal in the semi's against chelsea in the champions league.

I always imagined he would be with us for a lot longer, I thought he was one of Rafa's faviorites.

will remember him for two main reasons

1. goal against Juve in champs league
2. goal against chelski FA cup

I think the reports of Luis home-sickness were accurate - I can't imagine Rafa wanting to part ways with the little magician.

We are going to miss him, the goals he scored were usually important, winners against the bitters, scored away winners in the league and ofcourse the CL. Yeah he would lose the ball aswell, but that was because he was willing to try something different, (not from the Redknapp school of passing),what you need in the final third.
