:D Bambi 3 is better .

Bambi dies in a massive motorway pile up. (I'm kidding  :D )

Nothing wrong with watching Disney with your kids , one of the little joys in life.

Me and the missus watched Jungle Book the other day , not a kid in sight but we watched it anyway . Great songs   :D

I guess the fact that colin firth was the leading man should have been a clue that the movie would be a load of dross. In fact it was worse than that , possibly as historical action movies go the lamest thing it's ever been my misfortune to watch .

agreed woof. the plot was terrible and even the clevage didn't help.

Just watched Good Sheppard on Friday, enjoyed it, the pace was slow but good watch nevertheless. Didn't even know it was directed by Robert DeNiro.

In the way of movies Saint  :D  Maybe Animal farm is more up Woofs street.  :D

BTW I saw Oceans 13, worth a watch similar to the others nothing really to write home about.

Yesterday I saw the 'Reeping' I really enjoyed this (you may aswell Woof  :D ) a gripping thriller that has you thinking all the way through it. Good film.

Saw the 'Flags of our fathers' the other week. Me old dear loves a good war film and I used to watch a few with her when I was a nipper, so I'm partial to a good war film. This one is pretty good, probably one of the better ones in recent times. Not a total out and out war film, it does have a good story line, and political properganda.

Breach is a good film, takes a little while to get going but becomes a decent (based on a true story) spy film. Not exactly a thriller, but holds your interest to the end.

saw the fountain...very bizarre but totally my kind of film, and woof, for you there is a colin firth film which is genius:

The Hour of the pig: In medieval France, young lawyer Richard Courtois leaves Paris for the simpler life in the country. However, he is soon drawn into amorous and political intrigues. At the same time, he is pushed to defend a pig, owned by the mysterious gypsy Samira. The pig has been arrested for the murder of a young boy.

apparently in france at the time animals were tried for crimes, some were hung... madness but a great film if you can get your hands ona  copy, also stars Ian Holm and Donald Pleasence

That rings a bell Dawsino , I'll keep an eye open for it even though I've already decided the pig is guilty . :D
