Yes, that limitations must be taken under consideration.
In theory there's an agreement to achieve double nationality between Spain, Argentina, Chile and other countries. In the practice, normal working class immigrants do not make it, but rich people and footballers do. Daniel Alves for instance, has a Spanish passport. And I think Milito too, all they need to get it is to find a grandfather or grand-grand-grand-father who is spanish, and you know when it comes to Argentinians and Chileans, that's easy.
I'm sure the club bears in mind that kind of things, like every club.
