Some mothers do ave em dont they?  To suggest a protest over this is way over the top.

To do nothing is to condone the sellout to the yank!...Oh my god another one that needs to "wake up and smell the coffee" doh!!

as I said, he won't sell unless he is assured that the buyer will do good and only good for the club.

Investment is always nice but if I'm being honest although it's better for the club financially, I don't want a new stadium, I don't want the kind of chants we give to chelsea. We've done fine without investment so far. It would help....yes but it's not like we are in dire straits financially with moores is it?

Have you actually looked at the gillet bloke's background or are you another who just assumes?

Too many kneejerks around this place. We should be getting behind everyone at the club. Not slagging them off.

no mate and (to stay on the breakfast theme) you need to be hit over the head with a frying pan and then maybe you'll wake up later and realise you're being completely irrational about the whole thing.

I am just dumbfounded at how amateurish the board are again showing themselves to be. I've defended Moores and Parry quite a lot on here when people have been having a go but I'm sorry they really have dropped a massive bollock on this one. Whether or not they're re-assessing who has the better offer or not it's been 6 or 7 hours now since the news broke and what have they done to let the fans (the clubs current biggest investors) know what is going on.... sweet F A. Four short lines on the website 'TAKING NOTE' of DIC's announcement is just piss poor. They really need to pull their finger out and make some kind of statement VERY early tomorrow - at the latest.
This takeover saga has dragged on for too long now and has started to give me fear of long term damage on the club. 'Selling the family silver once' maybe good cause to make sure you sell to the right person but there comes a point when you've gotta realise that you've gotta be strong and let go when the right person comes along. I fear that person is now heading off across the sand dunes of Dubai never to return whilst we're left with somebody who's no stranger to the corporate loan sharks (banks) and Receivers.
I hope I'm wrong on that last sentence though.

Thats the last thing for us to do especially when we are playing well and getting a nice run. Just let the suits handle the paper work. We are only supporters not board members. We just have to put on a grit smile and hope it irons out for the best.

Latest news from sky david moores now thinks he should take his time(theres a surprise) and weigh up the options.
What options, we dont have any we NEED a new stadium.
It also said how the yank has been trying to get a prem side for a while now but for one reason or another always got knocked back.
Im sorry but the more i hear about him the more a dislike him.
It sounds like some of the people saying it`ll be fine acturly know very little about it- "when was he pro groundshare". Do a little research the guys bad news.
I dont wont to be right but its not looking good.
Dont judge a book by the cover, unless you cover just another, because blind exceptance is a sign,

How will we be up the creek without a paddle?

If we dont get 'taken over' will it be the end of the world?
Your seriously wrong if you think that.To read the sh.ite you have been having the audasity to put on here about a very sensitive subject, you would think that if we don't get taken over it will be the demise of LFC and we will end up in league 2!
Fer :censored: sake wise up and think before you type any more cr@p!

The problem with posters like you is you are so narrow minded that you look up to Chelsea and the Scum...Oh fu.ck Chelsea have Abromovich and Scum have Glazier.....we need DIC or Gillett.....Thats a load of balls!LFC are a better club than either and dont need to aspire to any of their ways!

The reason time has been taken and deals may be unlikely is because Moores and Parry need to be sure that any investor is as passionate about LFC as they are and will have the clubs and fans best interest at heart! Not to become a profit making pawn in the world of fat greedy businessmen with no morals who have passion for nothing but money!!
