pathetic performance by the whole team, except for Kuyt.
corner kicks, FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please work on this!!!!!!!!!! it was so fking ineffective!!
and please don't let Riise do free kicks, i knew straight away he was gonna kick it straight to the wall.

3 quick obersvations:

1. Why play your best players and leave Reina out ?
2. Riise ,it's about time we try someone in his place ,he can't find himself in attack and defence.
3. Arsenal looks a better team ,how do we crack them already ?

We are missing someone who can dribble the ball in the center and put in some deep passes ,luckly most teams don't have the iron Arsenal Defence ,we lack creativity like oxygen.

nothing rong with reina,if there was he wouldne b on the bench,they just played dudek cos theyd give him a go,i loved dudek and his saves in istanbul but thats it what else has he done besides nock us out here and make stupid muves against man utd and let forlan,yes forlan,score too

not the state of the second atempt of third atempt of save ,

reina my number one i always thought dudek was better but after today :angry:

,get carson back and get rid of dudek

Quite easy answer really, we aren't good enough and have an idiot manager, we have about as much guts and spirit as the English cricket team !!

We are getting a little predictable in the way we are going into games , it dosent take to much for the oppisistion to figure us out

does he know half the time that there is someone in front of him,id say bellamy got more running on the sidline than any other player on the pitch,why warm up a player and not bring him on

This was by no means a pathetic performance, the tactics might not have been right and yet again we were caught out by 3 stupid mistakes at the back but overall we pressured alot but were attacking against 10 defenders, they crowded us out everytime we got in the box and hit on the counter which is where they are always dangerous.

First goal id say Risse has to take part of the blame for, he was still weeey too far forward and left his wing completly open for arsenal to press.

off with the subs tho, or lack there of. What was the whole Aurelio and Riise substitution all about, and why was Bellamy not used atall?

Disappointing result to say the least coz ar.senal were hardly in the game , then again we did'nt create enough chances given how much possession of the ball we had.

I thought dudek could have done better with one or two of the goals but the shots should have been prevented in the first place.

If aurielo (sp)can start showing some kind of defensive ability he should be first choice left back because he offers alot more going forward than riise. As soon as the ball comes to riise he just hoofs it up the pitch and its starting to get annoying now, abit of composure wouldn't go a miss.

Just like to say that the fans did our club proud today. Terrific mosaic and singing. Best fans in the world!

It almost looked as if Rafa want interested in winning this game today, if he was surley he would have made another change apart from Aurelio who didnt make any difference at at all.

The one chance that did fall to him i would have put money on Risse to score.

That’s no thing to boast about !
Can any one of you say to me how many occasions have had the arsenal team ?
I think 3 ; and how many goals they had scored ? : simply 3 !
But we have had a lot of occasions and we have only scored 1 goal so what’s our problem
I think simply that we have not a thomas rosisky or a Henry class player
The only thing we have is a world class goalkeeper : Dudek ! what an ashamed game ! why Dudek for this game only rafa is the man to answer ?!!!!

1st goal:

shithole defence by Riise, didn't put any pressure on whoever it was that made the pass to rosicky, plus poor effort by dudek, he was standing way too far out of the goal.
2nd goal: very bad defence, left a huge gap in the middle.
3rd goal, very bad mistake by JC, what the hell was he thinking? again poor effort by dudek, he's ready to leave.

Istanbul Istanbul yes that was a great night but the fact is Dudek played out of his skin that night but if you take that match out of his career when has he realy played good? Hes a fuc.king liability.

Istanbul was a great success but Clubs and players cannot live on past reputations!!! Dudek was honestly woeful and Riise is only pretending to be a bl00dy defender, Crouch was stagnent and quite the opposite of Dirk Kuyt,Crouch done absolutely bugger all.

Apart from the header towards goal which would have been saved, the tall man was not in the game much, since his bicycle kicks he's attitude seems to have changed abit becoming abit silky when the penalty area is not clear for him
to do acrobatics, BUT saying that when he's on song he looks very good and adds alot to the attack (Sometimes).

the team as a whole played ok in spurts but with no end product, is it there is not enough speed in the team? i just don't know

Bellamy warmed up for 40 mins and didn't even get a kick which is quite strange when clearly we needed his presence which in turn would have kept the ball on the ground and dragged the Ars£ defenders all over the place.

My special mention goes to dirk Kuyt who works his self to the bone and fully deserved his goal, what a signing he has been by the way, oh well onwards and upwards let's now give the league and champions league all we got.

lack of creativity is scary. Mascherano would be a fantastic player. Not only can he tackle but he can keep the ball ticking with his passes.

Far too many long balls. Why do they do it? Crouch is big but dont just bang it long. I love Carragher, Hyppia and Agger but neither has extreme pace and none of our full backs are very quick either. Would like more pace in the defence!!!
