How did garcia get injured? - Any ideas?

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Did anyone see how Lil Luis got injured last night.  He scored his second goal,  celebrated with the other players and then straigh away, before the kick off, rolled his hands to the bench asking to be taken off.

I just wondered whether one of our own players landed on his foot or something??

Any ideas
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

I was going to start a thread on this.  It looked to me and this might sound crazy, that Gerrard had a word, in fact he put his arm around him and was talking to him, then he signalled to the bench then Fowler came on.

He ran off like you do on a tour when you clock your mates in a bar the game is won or means nothing and all of a sudden your hamstring is feeling tight.

Maybe 3 up and ten minutes to go they wanted Fowler on, word is that he is very popular in the squad.

If Garcia did this then fair play to him. He was on a hatrick

He did his calf in, had a few cramps and signalled to be taken off with immediate effect, Alonso also had calf problems. I didn't realise Purple Aki paid the team a visit.

Have you been living under a rock? The man is out of prison, he got let out last month, he served three years of a six year sentence. I think he's banned from Liverpool, not too sure.

I'd put Garcia's injury down to either a cramp or a calf strain. I guess we'll have to wait until an article is posted on .tv or elsewhere on the Internet.

I think he did it after his first goal, he seemed to land a little bit awkward after jumping for a challenge, i know he played on for ages afterwards but as soon as he realised the game was safe he signalled to come off.
