I think Emlyn Hughes got it right when he said that the modern teams would probably beat the team of the 70's and 80's because they are bigger, fitter, and faster, but that the modern team wouldnt get a touch of the ball for the first 70 minutes.

totally agree,these kind of threads arereally,unless you have lived and can remember the players week in week out,and performances over 30 years.Its far too easy to go with only what you have seen recently.WATCH VIDEOS AND DVDS And talk to people who were there.........then these type of best of threads can work properly.
