Barcelona have tied up the dual signing of Juventus defenders Lilian Thuram and Gianluca Zambrotta.
Following Juventus' relegation from Serie A, the scandal-hit Italian giants have seen their squad become a target for Europe's top clubs.
Real Madrid have already raided Stadio Delle Alpi for Fabio Cannavaro and Emerson, with Thuram and Zambrotta being the next to leave.
Reports suggest the Spanish champions have agreed to pay a combined fee of £13 million for the experienced stoppers.
Thuram, 34, has signed a two-year contract at Camp Nou and leaves Juventus after five years with the club.
He had been linked with Premiership duo Arsenal and Tottenham, but has opted to continue his career with Frank Rijkaard's side.
Zambrotta has clinched a four-year deal with the UEFA Champions League holders following seven seasons in Turin.
The full back, who can play on either flank, heads to Catalunya after winning the World Cup with Italy, who overcame Thuram's France in the final.
With four big names having already left Juventus, the club will now try to fend off interest in the likes of Patrick Vieira and David Trezeguet.
