Lionheart just took things the wrong way and overreacted IMO. Hopefully he will realise that and be back in next couple of days.

Lando potentially insulted homosexuals, jews, muslims, hindus, black people, gypsies and probably others too. If he'd have insulted scousers would it have been okay, if it was done in a joke? I'm sure I can come up with some scouse jokes if pushed.

(Before you point out that this is an LFC forum, some scousers and LFC fans are jewish/black etc. There are members of this forum that fall into the categories that Lando insulted.)

I think political correctness is frustrating for the majority of this country. Freedom of speech has taken a few knocks just recently in one form or another... when a large number of people can demonstrate against a "cartoon" published in another country and wave banners declaring "Europe your 9/11 is due" but the only 2 people arrested that day were people waving a copy of that "cartoon" then something is wrong about the whole "pc" thing.

And Lionhearts' original post? I understand his frustration... how come its okay for my missus to take pictures of my 5 year old daughter and her classmates in the school nativity play but I can't because I'll get treated like some f.ucking paedo?

I understand Lando's replies but maybe would have worded them differently but I also understand Lionheart's subsequent response because I'd like my kids to grow up more understanding of other people.

Take it easy Lionheart, we all have differing views and maybe the internet is the last bastion of freedom of speech.

I don't take insults directed to me to heart, Leon called me Chico mocking my background, I found it rather amusing, it's so orignal, it's great.
